The aim of this division is to enhance evidence-based decision-making, identify the needs and challenges faced by migrant communities, and develop effective strategies to address those needs. We assess impacts and measure the outcomes and impacts of future projects to identify what works and what doesn't, and we adjust our approach accordingly. To identify the best practices in migrant inclusion and integration we compile the data and evidence to advocate and raise awareness about the issues. Moreover, by sharing data and insights, we collaborate and create networks with other organizations working in the same field. Also, we identify the expertise of the target communities for further support and engagement.
